Nintendo gives us another opportunity to buy into Wii Motion Plus this week as everyone else thinks it’s not worth releasing a game as everyone is in Majorca. This desperate state of affairs continues for the entire school summer holiday, but rest assured your wallets will know pain again in September.

Wii Sports Resort (Wii). This follow up to Wii Sports is Nintendo’s next bid to dominate the sales charts for the coming months. It’s a pretty good deal if you want Wii Motion Plus or even a second one if you’ve already bought one of the EA Sports titles.

Line Rider: Free Style (Wii). A budget release of the Flash game that had everyone talking a while back. I don’t know whether there’s enough here to make paying for something that you can already play free is worth it. Neither does anyone else as I seen any press on this one.

Roogoo: Twisted Towers (Wii & DS). A well received shape sorting puzzle game that was originally release on XBox Live Arcade for about £6. Whether this version is worth £25 is debatable.

Pick of the Week

If you don’t have a Wii, you’re out of luck this week, but I guess most people are going to be happy sword fighting with Wii Sports Resort
