You can download the new issue of 360Zine for free. A new year and a whole load of new games to enjoy, with the first few months of 2010 providing several huge titles for Xbox owners to enjoy. And in this issue we’ve gotten our hands on one of the biggest in Bioshock 2, the upcoming sequel by 2K Games. Where you will journey back to Rapture for another pulsating adventure through the disturbing metropolis. Things are a little different this time round however as you are no longer playing as Jack, no, this time you’re a Big Daddy!

We’ve also got a huge first look at Rockstar’s eagerly anticipated title Red Dead Redemption, which puts you in control of John Marston a cowboy who’s bringing law and justice to the wild, wild west in this open world Western adventure. With some impressive visuals and immense locations to explore, this title looks one to keep an eye on.

Final Fantasy XIIIThe developers behind the massive Final Fantasy series – Square-Enix are having a huge event in Japan today, which kicks off at 7pm. From which they have just confirmed that the new Final Fantasy XIII game is set to be released in Japan on the 17th of December. We have a small teaser trailer on our site for LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias, the sequel to the popular WiiWare game. And we also have a new Iceman trailer and new in-game screenshots for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 for you to enjoy!

Overlord IINew MMO Aion from developers NCsoft has reached the number one spot in the Digital Download Chart on its debut. Randy Pitchford explains his fears about the chosen release date for the highly anticipated Borderlands. We take a quick look at a interesting piece of concept art created by Warren Spector for the new Disney game. Final Fantasy XIV has now been confirmed by developers Square-Enix to be appearing at this years GamesCom. Plus we review the first ever downloadable content for the popular Overlord II.

At one point I thought that 2009 was going to be the best year ever for video games. In my opinion, 2007 and 2008 were both up there in the best of the best and as we recovered from the glut of stellar titles, this year looked set to carry this trend on.

However, as we sit here on the side of our once lush pool that used to be a teaming release schedule and has now dried up in the heat of summer, things aren’t looking quite so good. (more…)
