Beginning with the most eagerly sought after sequel, Assassins Creed II. Its been well document that Ubisoft have worked on correcting all the flaws that blighted the original game to deliver a more entertaining experience. But that’s not all as we have other reviews for the impressive looking DJ Hero and the latest instalment from the popular beat-em-up franchise Tekken. there’s also a hands-on preview for the open world game The Saboteur as well as first looks at Just Cause 2, Brink and Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing.

Modern  Warfare: Reflex Preview

You can download the new issue of PlayZine for free. And in this months issue we take some time out to preview Modern Warfare: Reflex, which is due out very soon on the Wii. With the developers promising that everything from the next-gen version will be included in this upcoming title, with nothings been left out, there’s a lot for Wii owners to be excited about as this could quite possibly be the biggest game for the Nintendo console this year. Another huge title to be released this month is GTA Chinatown Wars, originally released earlier in the year for the DS, the games has now finally been ported for the PSP. And it looks to have come back bigger and better with more plot lines and missions to immerse yourself in as well as brand new features for you to enjoy. Plus we take a first look at the rather lengthy titled, SOCOM: U.S Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo 3 which is coming out on the PSP this month. As well as previews for the huge beat-em-up Tekken 6 for the PSP and Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes for the DS, the game which manages to combine three different genres in one story! And lastly we review the popular football simulation game FIFA 10 on the PSP.

The web has been alight today with rumours of the “next” PSP, which is, so they say going, to be announced or unveiled by Sony at E3 this year. First things first. Is it the PSP 2? No. Can’t be. Commercial suicide. Sony has just got Rock Band, Assassin’s Creed 2, Tekken 6, LittleBigPlanet, Motorstorm and more announced for the PSP. They would be insane to have convinced developers to come back to the platform that they had all abandoned for the DS, just to pull the rug out and say, “Oh, by the way, we’ve got the PSP 2 coming out in Q3, but thanks for some games for our old platform.” Not beyond the realms of possibility given some decisions that have been made, but let’s be honest, much more likely that Sony managed to tempt developers back by giving them a sneak peak at some sexy new iteration of the PSP and promising a big marketing campaign to make it the “must have Christmas item”.
